Hello, I’m Raim!! I’m a freshman running for student council this year. I’m someone who loves to venture in new activities! I’m a hard working and outgoing person who never holds back what's on my mind. I also enjoy doing crafts, public speaking, and meeting new people. I might seem quiet in the beginning, but once I get comfortable, that won’t last. I’m hoping high school will be a chance to try new things, meet new people, and have experiences worth remembering!
What is the driving purpose for you to be on council and what do you hope to accomplish?
My main reason for wanting to join the council is to create a real impact on the community while challenging myself to grow as a leader. I want to organize events that are enjoyable for students, whilst bringing people together!! Additionally, I really want to push myself outside my comfort zone by trying to make the student council, working with new people, taking responsibility, and overcoming challenges! I really hope to leave this year knowing I made a change and grew along the way.
