Kaitlyn Zhou
My name is Kaitlyn and I graduated from Hyde Middle School. I have strong commitment for activities I am interested in, for example having playing piano for 7 years. I've done speech and debate since middle school and plan on joining the team at Cupertino; this means I have the strong critical thinking skills but also creativity necessary to be an efficient and promising council officer. I'm observant, considerate, and promise to provide the best help I can within my jurisdiction If elected.
What is the driving purpose for you to be on council and what do you hope to accomplish?
Creating, sharing, and implementing ideas to share with the school is something I enjoy, and something I am very good at! I want to join Tino's Student Council to be able to represent our Cupertino students to help make decisions so that not only can I connect with my peers, but so they can connect with each other as well. I am very versatile, being able to communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds and personalities, and hope to use this trait to improve our school from good to even better.
