Gaolin Xue
Hey class of 2030! I'm Gaolin and I am running for class council. I also play soccer as a captain and at a national level. Additionally I scored top 1% in the latest AMC8 and aced an AP psychology course, which shown me to keep working even when it's optional. One of my bad habits is being on social media. But it allows me to put trends in events. Fun fact, I was born in Oregon. It was a hard transition but now I can help others enter high school. I will help everyone to the best of my ability
What is the driving purpose for you to be on council and what do you hope to accomplish?
I am Gaolin and I'm running for class council. My main goal is to build an inclusive community. Having moved here from Oregon, I know what it feels like to have to adapt. Why I want to be on council comes down to my passion for leadership and teamwork. I hope to accomplish inclusive events and build a strong community. Above all, I am running because I want to be a voice for everyone. I promise I will do what I can to make the class of 2030 better.
